Yes, all participants, including Members and Co-Pilots, are legally obligated to sign a liability waiver prior to their participation in a SupercarMindset drive. This waiver ensures acknowledgment of inherent risks and absolves the club of specific liabilities. Non-compliance will result in immediate suspension or revocation of membership privileges.
