$500 for 20 people, $20 for each additional person up to 5 additional people
-Access to pool deck for 3 hours, with 1 hour set up and 1 hour tear down.
Half Exterior Buy-Out 25-50 People
-$1,300
- Access to pool deck and 6 parking spots closest to pool area for three hours plus 2 hour set up and 1 hour tear down
- Access to second story sun deck
- Access to Rooms 7, 8, 9, for bathrooms, staff, electricity and storage
- Internal Note: Rooms 18, 19, 20 blocked off for party due to parking constraints/ noise.
Full Exterior Buy-out 50-85 people
- $2,500
- Access to Pool deck, second Story Sun Deck, and all parking spots except for staff parking for three hours with 2.5 hour set up and 2 hour tear down.
- Access to Rooms 7, 8, 9, for bathrooms, staff, electricity and storage
- Discounted room rate for guests and organizers for night of party
- Internal Note: All Rooms with dedicated parking blocked off for parking constraints/ noise. Rooms without dedicated parking still available for rent.
To make sure all gathering goes smoothly, we ask:
- Please be sure to have all trash in the bins provided and everything picked up by 9:30pm as a “hard stop” so that our staff will be able to finish closing duties.
- No glass anywhere on the pool deck or in the pool.
- Swim at your own risk.
- Music is okay, please make sure it is not too loud/ as to impact any guests in rooms near the pool.
- You can come up to 1 hour early to set up anything.
- Your group will have access to a nearby motel room for a bathroom. shower, and any in-room social content you’d like to create!
- The pool will still be open to any motel guests who wish to swim.
