At Deloitte, he led large-scale digital transformations for Asia-Pacific financial institutions. His expertise spans open banking, blockchain, and intelligent automation, with a track record of bridging technical innovation and business strategy across firms like Standard Chartered, Mizuho, and Merrill Lynch. Since March 2025 he is the co-chair (banking & finance committee) of the Artificial Intelligence Association of Hong Kong, driving collaboration amongst banks, fintech companies and regulators and shaping Hong Kong’s AI roadmap.
